This legal notice and information (hereunder, "Legal Notice") regulates the use of the Internet service www.skinwine.es (hereunder the "website") which Laboratorios Skinwine S.L. makes available to Internet users.

Through its Website, Laboratorios Skinwine S.L. provides users with access to and use of various services and content made available by Laboratorios Skinwine S.L. or third parties.

Conditions of use and acceptance

Access to and use of this website confers the status of user, and implies full acceptance of these terms of use on the part of users, as well as the specific conditions complementing these established for given services; they agree to use the website and services in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, the specific terms of use of given services and other notices, regulations and instructions of which they are apprised, and with generally accepted morality, conduct and public order.

The www.skinwine.es site can be visited freely by users.

Users will not use any of its services for purposes which are illegal, prohibited by this Legal Notice, damaging to the rights and interests of third parties or which may in any way damage, render inoperative, overload, deteriorate or prevent the normal use of the services, computer equipment or documents, archives and all types of content stored in any Laboratorios Skinwine S.L. computer or other Internet users’ computers, hardware or software ("hacking"). In particular, as guidance only and non exhaustively, the user agrees not to transmit, publicise or make available to third parties any information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image archives, photographs, recordings, software, and in general any type of material which:

• in any way opposes, denigrates or attacks the fundamental rights and civil liberties recognised by the Constitution of Spain, international treaties and other legislation;
• induces, incites or promotes criminal, denigratory, defamatory, libellous or violent actions, or in general, actions against the law, generally accepted morals and behaviour, or public order;
• induces, incites or promotes actions, attitudes or thoughts which are discriminatory on the basis of sex, race, religion, beliefs, age or condition;
• incorporates, makes available or permits access to products, elements, messages and/or services which are illegal, violent, offensive, harmful, degrading or in general, against the law, generally accepted morals and behaviour, or public order;
• induces or may induce an unacceptable state of anxiety or fear; > induces or incites involvement in practices which are dangerous, hazardous or harmful to physical or mental wellbeing;
• is false, ambiguous, incorrect, exaggerated or extemporaneous, which may induce errors regarding the subject or the intentions or purposes of the communicator;
• is protected by any intellectual or industrial property rights belonging to third parties, if the user has not previously obtained permission to use it;
• violates third party business secrets;
• goes against the honour, personal and family privacy or the image of individuals;
• in any way undermines the good name of Laboratorios Skinwine S.L. or third parties;
• infringes regulations regarding privacy in communications;
• constitutes illegal, deceptive or unfair advertising and in general which constitutes unfair competition;    
• incorporates a virus or other physical or electronic elements which may damage or prevent the normal functions of the network, the system or the computer equipment (hardware and software) of Laboratorios Skinwine S.L. or third parties, or which may damage the electronic documents and archives stored in this computer equipment;
• due to its characteristics (format, size, etc.) causes difficulties in the normal functions of the Service; > contains HTML tags other than those expressly authorised by Laboratorios Skinwine S.L.  

Users agree to use correctly the content made available for them on the website. Content is understood to include texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as graphic design and source code, in accordance with the law, this legal notice, the specific conditions of certain services and other notices, regulations, terms of use and instructions of which they are apprised, generally accepted morals and behaviour, or public order, and in particular agree not to:

• reproduce, copy, distribute, make available or in any way publicly communicate, transform or modify the content, unless authorised by the owner of the corresponding rights, or if this is legally permitted;
• delete, manipulate or in any other way alter the copyright and other data identifying the reservation of rights by Laboratorios Skinwine S.L. or its owners, digital signatures or any other technical means established for their recognition;
• obtain, or even attempt to obtain, the content using means or procedures other than those made available for this purpose, or which are named for this use in the web pages where the content is found, or in general, those normally used via the Internet.

Introduction of hyperlinks

Users, and anyone who wishes to establish a hyperlink between their website or portal and the website www.skinwine.es must meet the following conditions:                        

• The hyperlink may only lead to the homepage of the website, but cannot reproduce it in any way;
• A frame will not be created over the pages of the website.
• No false, inexact or incorrect declarations or indications will be made about the pages of the website and the Services supplied.
• It will not be implied in any way that Laboratorios Skinwine S.L. has authorised the hyperlink, or has any responsibility regarding the services offered or made available by the web page where the hyperlink is established. • Also, the website includes hyperlinks to third party websites which do not belong to the domain name balneariodelanjaron.com; these are not managed by or the responsibility of Laboratorios Skinwine S.L.
• Laboratorios Skinwine S.L. is not responsible for the content of such pages, nor for the services provided by them, expressly excluding responsibility for any infraction of any kind which may be committed by the body which manages them.

Intellectual and industrial property 

This entire website: text, images, commercial brands, logos, sound and video files, buttons, software files, and the structure, selection, order and presentation of its content, is the property of Laboratorios Skinwine S.L. or of third parties, and is protected by Spanish and international law on Industrial and Intellectual property. Also, without prejudice to the above, the content of the website is considered a computer programme, and all Spanish and EU regulations affecting such material are applicable.

The fact of access by users to the website does not imply the granting of any rights of use which exist or may exist for such use beyond those strictly necessary for the correct use of the website.

Limited liability

Laboratorios Skinwine S.L. excludes, as far as is permitted by law, any responsibility for damage or loss of any kind arising from:  

• The presence of a virus, or the presence of other elements in the content which may produce alterations in the computer system, electronic documents or files of users.
• The transmission, dissemination, storage, availability, reception, obtaining or access to contents
• Lack of availability or continuity in the functioning of the website and its services, fraudulent use of the website and services by users, and particularly, but not exclusively, failures in access to the various pages of the website or to the pages providing the services.
• The correct functioning of technical linking devices, directories and search engines enabling users to reach websites belonging to and/or managed by third parties.
• The installation of these technical devices is intended solely to enable users to find and access information, content and services available online.
• The quality, legality, reliability and usefulness of the information, content and services existing in the sites linked to.
• The use of the services and content by users, or which may arise from lack of veracity, updating, thoroughness and/or authenticity of the information which the users provide to other users.
• The content which users may introduce in discussion forums or mailing lists, or the opinions expressed therein. Laboratorios Skinwine S.L. has no obligation to monitor, and does not monitor, the use which users make of the portal and services.

Applicable legislation

This legal notice and all relations established with Laboratorios Skinwine S.L. are subject to Spanish law.

Entering of information through electronic forms on this website or emails implies acceptance of the automatic treatment of the information. No information will be granted to third parties. Users guarantee that personal information provided to Laboratorios Skinwine S.L. is true, and accept responsibility for notifying them of any changes.
